RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate client leads within personal sphere
Convert leads to active clients
Stay current on market trends
Develop buyer consultation skills to assess needs and match them to appropriate homes
Schedule home showings in a timely manner
Maintain team CRM
Develop market analyses to advise clients on price and terms for their transactions
Contribute to the team’s social media content
Help team prepare listings for market
Master the art of writing offers, establishing rapport with fellow agents, and negotiating on behalf of clients.
Tracking contract dates and making sure each transaction remains in compliance with agreement
Host open houses and engage the public with confidence and competence
QUALIFICATIONS
Current real estate sales license
Proficiency with technology and social media
Ability to work independently and within a team
Open to feedback and commitment to improvement
Excellent communication skills
Enthusiasm
Flexible schedule
